FAQ’s

Q. Where can ozone (O3) be used?

Any workplace, office, hotel, or home including vehicles such as cars, coaches, mobile homes, vans and trucks.

Q. Can it get rid of bad odours?

Ozone will disinfect and break down all types of indoor smells.

Q. Is the treatment harmful?

The room must be clear of all personnel, but after the sanitising phase has finished the area is safe to re-enter straight away unlike other sanitising processes.

Q. How long will the process take?

On average a small, standard size office or room will take up to 45 minutes to an hour and similar for a vehicle although the larger the room or vehicle the longer the process.

Q. What is Ozone (O3)?

Ozone is created in nature during a thunderstorm. It cannot be stored. For deoderising and antibacterial applications it must be physically generated on site.

Q. Does it leave a smell?

Any residual ozone or bad odour is eliminated with a neutral fresh air smell, a smell which has been likened to that of the scent which occurs after a thunderstorm.

Q. Why should I use ozone (O3)?

For a safe, clean and sanitised environment ozone is 99,999% effective at killing all bacteria, pathogens and viruses in the air. It is an essential part of the cleaning process to help eliminate coronavirus, SARS and influenzas and help eliminate viruses, bacteria and fungi.
